Serbia’s Deputy Prime Minister and Finance Minister Siniša Mali visited pensioners Milka and Tomislav Budimir in Belgrade, highlighting government measures to counter rising prices.
He emphasized that planned pension increases of 12% in December mark the third consecutive year of double-digit raises. Mali stressed the importance of stability and warned that protests and blockades could threaten further increases in pensions and salaries. The pensioners expressed gratitude for government support, particularly lower prices on essential goods.
