Councilors of the Belgrade City Assembly will discuss tomorrow the draft resolution to approve the revised 2025 business programs for several public enterprises, the city administration announced.
The agenda will also include proposals for detailed regulation plans important for the city’s development, including the draft plan for a business park along the E-70 highway north of the “Aerodrom” interchange and the detailed regulation plan for a business park along the E75 highway section in Batajnica.
Also on the agenda are proposed amendments to the detailed regulation plans for four local communities in the Zvezdara and Voždovac municipalities – the “Padina” neighborhood for a macro-construction park, along with several proposals for drafting new detailed regulation plans.
Councilors will also decide on the draft resolution to approve the final draft of Annex 3 of the Public-Private Partnership contract for managing municipal bus transport on radial lines in the municipalities of Grocka and Zvezdara (route 300), Voždovac (route 400), Čukarica and Rakovica (route 500), and sections of lines predominantly passing through these municipalities, including Savski Venac.
The agenda includes a draft decision on amendments to the public bicycle system in Belgrade, as well as a draft decision to amend the cooperation agreement between the City of Belgrade and the Chinese city of Xiamen.
Other items for discussion include a draft decision to supplement the permanent cultural events of significance for Belgrade, amendments to the municipal regulations, and a draft decision to amend regulations regarding floating structures on water land within the city.
