The Serbian economy shrank 0.6% on year in the second quarter of 2012, following a 1.3% contraction in the first quarter, putting it firmly back in recession, according to a flash estimate issued by the state statistics office on Tuesday. The government has forecast GDP growth of 0.5% this year.
