Vršac Brewery acquired by Lider Izgradnja for 78.5 million dinars

The bankrupt Vršac Brewery has been acquired by the Pancevo company Lider Izgradnja for an initial price of approximately 78.5 million dinars, as announced by the Agency for Licensing of Bankruptcy Trustees. The brewery, which produces beer and juice in Vršac, was sold as part of its bankruptcy proceedings.
