Serbia Seeks to Extend Belgrade Waterfront Expropriation Regime Until Project Completion

Serbia is moving to extend the legal framework governing Belgrade Waterfront land acquisition, replacing a fixed deadline for expropriation requests with a system linked to the completion of the development.
