EU Digital Vehicle Certificates Create Compliance Challenge for Serbia’s Automotive Sector

Serbia’s vehicle trade and automotive manufacturing sector are facing new administrative requirements as the European Union moves to replace paper-based Certificates of Conformity with electronic records.
