CLS highlights high expenses at Belgrade utility company Infostan

The Center for Local Self-Government (CLS) announced that this year’s expenses of the public utility company Infostan are expected to reach 2.5 billion dinars, with 775 million dinars (approximately 6.5 million euros) allocated solely for employee salaries.
