Serbia Property Turnover Hits €4.2 Billion as Apartment Sales Stagnate

Serbia's property market recorded around €4.2 billion in transactions in the first half of 2026, with total turnover rising 10.1% year on year despite almost no change in the number of deals. The number of purchase contracts increased only 0.2% to 61,343, according to official cadastral data.
