Jadranski Naftovod (JANAF) announced that, in cooperation with the Government of the Republic of Croatia and with support from their American legal advisors, they have obtained a license from OFAC allowing the continuation of the crude oil transport contract with NIS a.d. until July 29, 2025.
JANAF expressed confidence that all necessary conditions and approvals will be secured within this period to ensure the smooth fulfillment of contractual obligations towards NIS.
