Serbia–UK Origin Rules Expand Preferential Access for Serbian Exporters

Serbian companies exporting to the United Kingdom can apply revised origin provisions from 1 July 2026, following amendments to Protocol 3 of the Serbia–UK Partnership, Trade and Cooperation Agreement. The changes permit broader use of extended cumulation when determining whether goods qualify for preferential tariff treatment in the British market.
