NLB Finalises Komercijalna Banka Integration in Serbia

NLB Group has completed the integration of Serbia’s former Komercijalna Banka, with the lender renamed NLB Banka from September 1. The change completes a multi-year consolidation following NLB’s acquisition of Komercijalna Banka and its merger with NLB’s existing Serbian operation in 2022.
