Serbia Records 6.5% Tourism Arrival Growth as Average Visitor Stays Decline

Serbia welcomed 3.13 million tourist arrivals during the first eight months of 2026, a 6.5% year-on-year increase, while overnight stays grew at a slower pace, rising 4.9% to 8.95 million. The figures point to expanding demand from domestic and international visitors alongside a modest reduction in the average duration of trips.
