Belgrade plans new residential area in Danube district with 345 apartments

A new mixed-use residential area is planned on the Danube side of Belgrade, spanning parts of the Stari Grad and Palilula municipalities. The project covers two blocks between Knežopoljska, Dunavska, Cvijićeva 1 streets, and a future linear park, totaling about 2.4 hectares. The Secretariat for Urban Planning and Construction Affairs has launched an early public inspection for amendments to the Detailed Regulation Plan (PDR) of the area.
