Serbia Renewable Projects Face Growing Gap Between Equipment and Total CAPEX

Serbia’s renewable energy sector is expanding into a market where equipment prices remain relatively stable, but overall project investment costs are becoming increasingly exposed to infrastructure, construction and integration expenses. Imported capital goods increased only 1.3% year on year in June 2026, while machinery prices remained almost unchanged and electrical equipment increased just 0.3%.
