Belgrade Bus Station offers sale of its shares exclusively to existing shareholders

The Belgrade Bus Station (BAS) has announced an offer to sell its own shares, but only to existing shareholders who have the right of first refusal, in proportion to the number of fully paid shares they owned as of October 3 this year. The offer will remain open until November 12.
