The Belgrade Bus Station (BAS) has announced an offer to sell its own shares, but only to existing shareholders who have the right of first refusal, in proportion to the number of fully paid shares they owned as of October 3 this year. The offer will remain open until November 12.
BAS is offering shareholders 26,869 ordinary shares of the company, representing 8.63 percent of the total issued shares, at a price of 1,515 dinars per share, according to a notice published on the Belgrade Stock Exchange website.
“Subscription and payment for the shares may be made by individuals who provide proof of having an open ownership or omnibus account for financial instruments with a member of the Central Securities Depository,” the document states.
The transfer of ownership of the shares will be carried out through a transfer order from the Belgrade Bus Station’s ownership account to the shareholder’s or buyer’s ownership account within two working days after the offer is closed.
