Banca Intesa successfully completes second unsecured mini-bond issue in Serbia

Banca Intesa, part of the Intesa Sanpaolo group, has successfully arranged and sponsored the second unsecured mini-bond issuance on the Serbian market. Zlatiborac raised 820 million dinars through mini-bonds without collateral, relying on strong financial indicators and business prospects.
