Serbia trade recovery linked to EU cycle, with Germany as top partner

Serbia’s export recovery in early 2026 continues to track European industrial demand. In the first quarter, the EU accounted for 59.2% of Serbia’s total goods trade, while Germany was the largest single partner at a 13.2% share.
