Serbia SEPA rollout brings faster euro transfers via 18 participating banks

On 5 May 2026, 18 Serbian banks officially joined SEPA schemes. The European Commission said the move is intended to make euro transactions between participating Serbian banks and the EU faster, cheaper, and more reliable.
