Delta Real Estate unveils ambitious €620 million investment plan

The director of Delta Hotel, Andrej Sovrović, told the Beobuild portal that Miroslav Mišković's company will start the construction of "Delta District" in the summer, in Block 20 in New Belgrade, within which the luxury hotel "InterContinental" will be located. Delta, according to Sovrović, is planning to open another hotel in the capital, and more information about that project will be revealed in a few months.
