Serbia’s agricultural land market reached record levels in the second quarter of 2025.
The most expensive plot was sold in Irig for nearly 200,000 euros, while the price per hectare in the Belgrade region climbed to almost 70,000 euros — the highest ever recorded.
In Kula, the largest single transaction was registered at 1.25 million euros for an 86-hectare parcel.
The Belgrade region holds the record for the highest price per hectare at 69,803 euros, followed by Šumadija and Western Serbia at 50,000 euros, and Srem at around 40,000 euros.
The total value of real estate transactions in the second quarter reached 2.1 billion euros, with agricultural land accounting for 49 million euros, or about 2% of the total market.
