The Republic Property Directorate of Serbia has announced a public tender for the sale of four large plots in Nova Pazova, intended for the construction of industrial, logistics, and business-production complexes. The total area of the land offered exceeds 210,000 m², with starting prices set according to the market value assessment by the Tax Administration.
The largest plot, covering 100,927 m², has a starting price of approximately 407 million dinars, while the smallest, 16,769 m², is listed at 67.6 million dinars. The remaining plots include 25,001 m² (starting price 100.8 million dinars) and 72,176 m² (starting price 291.1 million dinars).
The sites are designated for the construction of logistics and distribution centers, production and business complexes, food industry facilities, and electronics and optical equipment industries. Construction of facilities with potential negative environmental impacts, such as chemical plants or oil processing facilities, is prohibited.
Both legal entities and individuals can participate in the tender by purchasing the sale documentation and paying a deposit. The deadline for submitting offers is October 14.
