Amid announcements of an upcoming electricity price increase for households by at least 7% starting October 1, Elektroprivreda Srbije (EPS) has launched a public procurement for a customer satisfaction survey worth 2.58 million dinars (approx. €22,000).
The survey will include phone interviews with 2,000 household customers and online/phone surveys for about 400 commercial customers and 40 producer-customers. Additionally, five focus groups will be held in major cities across Serbia to explore public opinion in more detail.
The selected provider must present results, design awareness materials (posters and flyers), and suggest customer relationship improvements. The full service must be completed within six months from the contract’s start date. The deadline for submitting bids is September 9, 2025.
Separately, EPS has issued another procurement for organizing media visits to its facilities, valued at nine million dinars. The aim is to improve communication with the public through journalist workshops and PR content, with a focus on green energy and EPS modernization efforts. The deadline for media-related bids is September 17.
