The Ministry of Environmental Protection has announced that this year’s subsidy program for purchasing new fully electric vehicles has been discontinued. The funding allocated for these subsidies was fully used before the end of the calendar year.
Subsidy allocation will resume once new budget funds are secured, and interested parties will be informed accordingly.
Earlier this year, the ministry stated that subsidies would range from €250 to €5,000 depending on the type of electric vehicle, with the application deadline set for October 31.
Future buyers of the “Panda” electric car produced at the Kragujevac factory were also eligible for a state subsidy of €5,000.
