Vladimir Lučić, CEO of Telekom Srbija, announced that 2025 will be a record year for the company, with revenues exceeding €2.2 billion and operating profit around €1.2 billion. Telekom currently serves approximately 13 million users, and next year will launch a mobile operator service in the United States.
Lučić highlighted his frequent trips to Washington, where he held meetings at the State Department and the U.S. Department of Commerce. Key topics included Telekom’s position in Kosovo and Metohija, support for domestic startups, information security development, and artificial intelligence initiatives aligned with U.S. priorities.
He also discussed financing opportunities with the U.S. Export-Import Bank, noting that Telekom Srbija will be the first European operator to utilize this type of financing, which is expected to attract further American investment to the Serbian economy.
