The shareholders’ assembly of Telekom Srbija has approved the payment of dividends for 2024. Shareholders holding Telekom shares as of June 17, 2025 (Dividend Day) will receive a gross dividend of 2.8 dinars per share.
The total gross dividend payout will amount to 2.24 billion dinars, roughly 20 million euros.
Last year, Telekom Srbija reported a net profit of 86 million euros, marking a 70% decline compared to the previous year. However, operating revenues rose by 25% to 1.3 billion euros, and EBITDA (earnings before interest, taxes, depreciation, and amortization) increased by 48% to 659 million euros compared to 2023.
