Serbia’s EU Electricity Market Coupling Target Shifts Toward 2029

Serbia’s planned integration with the European Union electricity market is increasingly expected in the first quarter of 2029, extending the period in which Serbian electricity producers and traders operate outside full EU market coupling as cross-border power trade faces additional CBAM requirements.
