EDS mobile app enables independent electricity meter reporting for 400,000 users

Elektrodistribucija Srbije (EDS) reported that around 400,000 users currently submit their electricity meter readings independently, with over 480,000 users having installed the EDS mobile application for this purpose. According to the latest data, more than 270,000 users reported their meter readings through the app, while around 120,000 used other methods, including the EDS website, email, phone (0800 360 300), or in-person at service counters.
