Hidden debt burdens inflate true cost of Serbian retail acquisitions

Recent transactions involving Serbian retail chains Idea and DIS have unveiled a critical aspect of corporate acquisitions: the actual economic cost often exceeds the initial purchase price when debt obligations are factored in.
