Serbia’s housing prices up nearly 6 percent as demand remains strong, especially for garages

According to data from the Republic Geodetic Authority (RGZ), Serbia’s housing price index in the second quarter of this year reached 182, marking an increase of nearly 5.8 percent compared to the same period last year.
