NIS Ownership Talks Enter Critical Phase as OFAC Sets September 30 Deadline

Naftna Industrija Srbije (NIS) is approaching a critical stage in its ownership restructuring after the US Treasury extended the company’s operating authorisation through 30 September 2026, giving MOL Group and Gazprom Neft another month to complete negotiations over the Russian company’s 56.15% stake.
