Benetton closes its Niš plant after 14 years, 865 workers laid off

After 14 years of operation, the Italian textile giant "Benetton" is officially exiting Serbia, closing its facilities in Niš. By April 30, when the plant shuts down, the company will complete its administrative tasks, including finalizing the documentation for its departure and notifying Serbian authorities.
