Customs authorities of Serbia and North Macedonia plan to implement new measures to enhance economic efficiency and strengthen regional cooperation. Key initiatives include introducing advanced IT systems and further simplifying customs procedures. During a recent meeting between the two administrations, officials reviewed the results of existing collaboration, including joint border controls with single-stop inspections, mutual recognition of authorized economic operators, exchange of data, and shared records on freight vehicle measurements.
