The BIO4 campus will cost 413 million euros, the state is already in debt

Serbia and the Development Bank of the Council of Europe (CEB) signed a framework agreement on a loan of 200 million euros for the construction of the BIO4 campus, as can be seen from the Law on Confirmation of the Agreement, which was adopted by the Government and sent to the Assembly for ratification.
