Serbia’s public debt at the end of March 2025 amounted to approximately 39.05 billion euros, which represents 44.3 percent of the country’s gross domestic product (GDP), according to the Ministry of Finance. This figure remained unchanged from February, when the public debt was also 39.05 billion euros.
At the close of 2024, Serbia’s public debt was recorded at 38.9 billion euros, which constituted 47.2 percent of the GDP.
